First steps once I receive my watch:
1. Charge the watch until it reaches full charge.
2. Turn on the watch. It will display a screen with a qr code.
3. Scan the QR code to download the app and follow the steps within the app.
Notifications Configuration
Step 1: In the app, go to Device - Notifications and select the corresponding Apps, activating the On/Off option.
What should I do if I don't receive notifications?
1. Watch notifications only sync with phone notification center notifications such as calls, SMS, WhatsApp, WeChat etc. If your phone isn't receiving notifications in the notification center, your watch won't receive them either. Make sure to allow your phone to receive notifications from corresponding Apps and enable notification permissions in your phone settings.
2. If you are still not receiving notifications after step (1), reset the watch to factory settings, go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and check if the "Watch Ultra" device is connected. If it is, unlink it, turn off your phone's Bluetooth, and turn it back on to reconnect.
3. If the first two steps above do not resolve the notification issue, uninstall the app and download it again. Remember to agree to all the permissions requested by the App during installation and, at the beginning, turn on the App and reconnect again.
Key Features
Firmware Update:
1. Open the Ci Bluetooth app on your phone.
2. Tap "Device" and "Firmware Version" to check if a new version is available for updating.
3. During the update, a progress bar will be displayed. Wait until the update is complete.
4. The watch will restart and reconnect to the phone app.
5. Do not operate the watch during the update as this may cause problems. The process takes approximately 3 to 5 minutes.
Calls:
This device supports Bluetooth calling, and the watch controls the phone to make or receive or reject calls.
1. Tap the Bluetooth call icon in the drop-down menu.
2. In the phone settings, go to Bluetooth and search for "Watch Call" to connect to the watch.
3. You can mute the Bluetooth call audio. In this case, the watch will not make or receive Bluetooth calls, and low power mode will be activated by default, which will increase usage time.
Schedule:
After connecting your watch to the phone app, you can add 100 frequently used contacts to your watch phonebook using the app.
Language/Date/Time:
The watch will automatically synchronize the language, date and time with the phone after connecting.
Standby Clock Faces:
-Press and hold for 3 seconds on the home screen to switch between different available watch faces.
- You can also download new watch faces in the app.
- Customize your watch face background with your own photos.
Sleep Monitoring:
- Sleep monitoring will be automatically activated from 10pm to 8am the next day.
- You can check your sleep quality details on your phone app.
Exercises:
- Select a sport mode to record your exercises.
- Start the activity by tapping the corresponding option.
- Swipe right to pause the exercise and tap to end.
- Records duration, calories, heart rate, among others.
Notifications:
- Sync and view notifications from apps such as Facebook, WhatsApp, SMS, emails, etc. between your phone and Smart Watch.
- Up to 8 notifications can be displayed on the watch.
- Adjust settings in the MCive Pro app to allow notifications to be displayed (app permissions).
Heart Rate Monitoring Function:
-Activate this function to measure your heart rate.
2. The device will use green optical diodes to scan the skin surface and measure heart rate.
3. Wait about 2 seconds to start measuring and recording.
4. Swipe to other menus to stop measurement.
5. For information about average heart rate and heart rate during exercise for your age group and gender, see information online or ask your doctor for advice.

Stopwatch Function:
1. Press to start and pause the timer.
2. Press again to stop the timer.
Reset Data:
- Tap to reset all data (factory mode).

- This data will be saved until midnight (12:00 am) and then reset to zero the next day.
- You can check previous data in History.
Remote Control (Music):

- Set your own menstrual period to better remember to take care of your health.
Alarm Function:
-You can set multiple alarm times through the MCive Pro app on your cell phone.
Sedentary and Drinking Water Reminder:
-Through the app, set a time to exercise or receive a reminder to drink water.
Find Phone:
1. With your device and phone connected, the "Find Phone" function can help you locate your cell phone.
2. Tap "Find Phone" and your phone's ringtone or sound will help you find it.
Activate by Lifting Wrist:
