How it works
When you receive your watch, charge it for approximately 1h30.
Device Connection:
Download the FitPro app.
The first time, you need to connect to the app for calibration. After successful connection, the bracelet will automatically synchronize the time.
• Open the application on your cell phone - click start scanning - click device connection.
• After successful pairing, the app will automatically save the bracelet's Bluetooth address, and when the app is open or running in the background, it will automatically search for and connect the bracelet.
• On your Android phone, make sure the app is running in the background and your phone's system settings have all permissions, such as running in the background and reading contact information.
Description of bracelet functions:
• When the device is turned off, press and hold the function button for more than 3 seconds to turn on the device.
• On the bracelet's Bluetooth address interface, press and hold the wrist button for 2 seconds to turn off the cell phone. Short press to exit the shutdown page.
• Reset bracelet device. This function will erase all data on the bracelet (such as step count).
• In the on state, short tap the function button to light up the screen.
• If the bracelet clock page is set as default, press the function button to switch and view different pages; without operation, the screen will return to default after five seconds.
• Switch to the heart rate measurement interface to start the test. The heart rate measurement interface will automatically turn off after 60 seconds (heart rate and blood pressure require hardware support on the band).
Watch interface:
After synchronizing with your cell phone, the bracelet will automatically calibrate the time.
Press and hold the standby interface for 2 seconds to switch between 24/12 hour clock interface.
Step count
Number of steps:
Wear the bracelet and record the number of daily steps to see your steps in real time.
Distance:
The distance traveled is estimated based on the number of steps taken.
Calories:
Estimates calories burned based on the number of steps taken while walking.
Three in one: Heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen.
After entering the three-in-one heart rate test interface for a few seconds, the current heart rate, blood pressure and blood oxygen results are displayed.
This function requires the bracelet to have heart rate and blood pressure sensors.
Multiple Sports Mode:
(Racing mode)
In this interface, you can record calories and running duration.
(skipping rope mode)
In this interface, you can record the calories and duration of jumping rope.
(Abdominal mode)
In this interface, you can record the calories and duration of sit-ups.
(Sleep mode)
When you fall asleep, the bracelet will automatically enter sleep monitoring mode: it automatically detects your deep sleep, light sleep and waking moments during the night, thus calculating the quality of your sleep. Sleep data can only be viewed in the app.
Note: Wearing the band while sleeping will provide sleep data, and sleep detection starts at 10 pm. Up to 14 hours of sleep data will be synced to the app during sleep.
Information mode:
When the bracelet receives several reminder messages, enter this interface to view the last 3 message records.
Application functions and settings:
(Personal information)
Set your personal information when entering the application.
Settings - Personal Information: You can set your gender, age, height and weight.
You can also set daily steps goal to monitor the goals met daily.
(Receiving notifications from the application)
To receive notifications from other applications such as Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp, go to the Fit Pro app settings and allow permissions. You will always receive the last 3 notifications received on your cell phone.
Incoming calls:
In the connected state, if the call alert function is activated, the bracelet will vibrate and display the caller's name or number when a call is received. (You must grant permission for the application to read the contact book).
SMS Notification:
In the connected state, if the SMS reminder function is enabled, the bracelet will vibrate when there is a text message.
Other reminders:
In the connected state, if this function is enabled, when there is a message on WeChat, QQ, Facebook, etc., the bracelet will vibrate to remind and display the content received by the app. (You can also view the last three message logs in the ring information menu). (You must grant the app permission to receive system notifications. The bracelet can display 20 to 40 words).
Other functions:
Activate vibration to configure this function. When there is a call, message or other reminder, the bracelet will vibrate. If it is deactivated, the bracelet will only have a reminder on the screen without vibrating to avoid disturbances.
Tips for Android Users:
When using the reminder function, you need to configure it to allow "FitPro" to run in the background; It is recommended to add "FitPro" to rights management and open all permissions.
(Alarm Setting)
In the connected state, 8 alarms can be set. After configuration, they will be synchronized with the bracelet; offline alarm is supported. After successful synchronization, even if the app is not connected, the bracelet will remember according to the set time.
(Locate the bracelet)
In the connected state, click the "Find bracelet" option and the bracelet will vibrate.
(Remote photography)
In the connected state, start the photo from the bracelet or app to enter the remote camera interface, shake/rotate your wrist/tap the bracelet and it will automatically take a photo after a 3-second countdown. Allow the app to access the photo album to save the self-portrait photo.
Sedentary reminder:
Define whether you want to activate the sedentary reminder function. You can set the reminder interval. If you sit for a long time within the set time, the bracelet will remind you.
Raise your wrist to illuminate:
Activate this function. When the bracelet has the screen off, lift your wrist towards yourself to turn on the screen.
Do Not Disturb Mode:
Turn on Do Not Disturb mode. You can set the time period to not be disturbed.
During the set period of time, the bracelet stops receiving notification messages to avoid unwanted reminders.
Reset Device:
When setting this reset function, all bracelet data will be erased (such as step count).
Remove device:
The remove device function will erase the data and remove the device.
Precautions:
1. Do not wear the bracelet while bathing or swimming .
2. Connect the bracelet when synchronizing data.
3. Use the included charging cable to charge.
4. Do not expose the bracelet to high humidity, high temperatures or very low temperatures for long periods of time.
5. If the bracelet crashes and restarts, please check the phone's memory information, clear it and try again, or exit the app and reopen it.
